Clean, Well-Decorated Apartment with Some Comfort Limitations Positive: Estelle is a professional and responsive host with good communication. Key pickup was about 300 m away; key return was complicated, but Estelle agreed to an alternative. The apartment is in the Beachcomber Resort (3-star).The building is old and dated, with an unpleasant smell in common areas. The apartment itself is very clean and nicely decorated, clearly done with care. The kitchen is dated but slightly renovated, and there is no dishwasher. There was a noticeable smell from the bathroom drain, which I reported during the stay.Privacy is limited: there are no blackout blinds, the apartment is visible from neighbouring balconies, and strong sunlight makes TV difficult to watch. The view is partially obstructed by another hotel, and the balcony is small. Overall, a clean, well-decorated apartment with a good host. Negative: comfort is affected by odours, limited privacy, a partially obstructed view, missing amenities, and an absolutely unacceptable and complicated key pickup and return procedure.

Toller Strand, Wohnanlage allerdings abgewohnt Positive: Der Strand und das Gym waren top. Die Umgebung außerhalb von Gold Coast ist sehr schön, wir hatten einen Ausflug nach Kingscliff und an den Cabarita Beach gemacht, nette Orte. Negative: Diese Wohnung war nicht unser Geschmack, die Anlage ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt. Das Viertel Surfers Paradies hat uns gar nicht gefallen, hat eine Atmosphäre wie am Ballermann auf Mallorca.

Very well presented clean and comfortable. Bedside lamps hang very low and have spiky bits that could damage your eyes. Estelle shortened the. temporarily which helped.Estelle was very pleasant and helpful.
